Ich habe keine Ahnung, wie es passieren konnte, dass heute schon der 1. Mai ist. Ich bin so aus der Zeit gefallen, dass ich zum ersten Mal seit Jahren beinah den SuB-Beitrag zum Monatsanfang verpasst hätte … Immerhin kann ich vermelden, dass es mir zwar im April gesundheitlich nicht gut ging, dass aber auch für so einige Lesezeit gesorgt hat (und dass obwohl wir seit zwei Wochen die Wohnung schon wieder tagsüber verdunkeln müssen, weil es sonst zu warm wird). Ich habe nicht nur zu ein paar Bücher gegriffen, die schon ziemlich lange auf dem SuB lagen, sondern auch ziemlich viel Freude damit gehabt. Es ist immer schön zu sehen, dass da Bücher auf mich warteten, die immer noch meinem Lesegeschmack entsprechen.
Es wäre wunderbar, wenn ich das mit dem Lesen im Mai weiterhin so gut auf die Reihe bekommen würde. Und es würde mich freuen, wenn ich in den nächsten Wochen mal weniger kaufen als lesen würde. (Beinah hätte ich einen SuB-Abbau zu vermelden gehabt, aber dann kam meine verschollene Bestellung von „Artifical Condition“ am Mittwoch doch noch an. *g*) Allerdings hat mein Mann Ende Mai Urlaub, weil dann wieder das japanische Filmfestival ist und wir viel unterwegs sein werden …

Danke, Anette. Die Erkältung ist inzwischen deutlich besser, nur der Husten hält sich noch. Mein Kreislauf hingegen hat sich anscheinend endgültig dem Wetter ergeben und sorgt dafür, dass ich mich gerade nicht allein aus dem Haus traue. Ich hoffe, der berappelt sich wieder, wenn es in der kommenden Woche ein paar Tage lang kühler sein wird.
