Erst einmal wünsche ich euch allen ein frohes neues Jahr und hoffe, dass ihr die vergangene Nacht angenehm verbracht habt! Außerdem hoffe ich für uns alle, dass sich unsere Ängste in diesem Jahr nicht bewahrheiten und stattdessen unsere Hoffnungen erfüllen – das wäre doch mal eine angenehme Abwechslung zu den vergangenen Jahren! 😉
Mein Lesejahr 2024 endete sehr gemütlich und mit so einigen Büchern, die ich wirklich genossen habe. Auch wenn ich (wie so oft *g*) im Dezember weniger gelesen habe, als ich wollte, so bin ich doch grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden damit wie der Monat lief … Mein SuB ist in den letzten zwei Monaten (Geburtstags- und Weihnachtsgeschenke!) angewachsen, aber ich habe genug gelesen, dass es keinen riesigen Sprung nach oben gab. 🙂
Der Januar startet mit einer weiteren Urlaubswoche, was mir – trotz einiger Außer-Haus-Pläne – ein paar gemütliche Lesestunden ermöglichen sollte. Außerdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich dazu neige die SuB-Titel, deren Autoren Namen aus dem hinteren Teil des Alphabets haben, liegenzulassen. Weshalb ich mir vorgenommen habe, den SuB mal etwas gezielter „quer durchs Alphabet“ abzuarbeiten. Mal schauen, wie das so klappt. *g* Ansonsten bleibt es bei meinem Vorhaben, dass ich die Januar- bis Oktober-Neuzugänge gern im selben Jahr lesen würde, in dem ich sie angeschafft habe. (In 2024 habe ich 7 von 38 Büchern nicht gelesen, wobei ich bei zwei Romanen halb durch bin …)
